Everything is great.
The beds are lovely to sleep on. The hotel boasts central location close to the central station. There is cafe Pave, set 200 metres walk away. The fact that it has a fast check in, that worked great for us.

Contemporary and new-fashioned rooms with private bathrooms. The best location - adjacent to shopping street and many restaurants, Repubblica metro, and Central station and the tourist attractions.

The hotel was great modern, the staff were attentive. Contemporary room, we had standard double room, with central heating, LCD TV, and a safe box. The location was nice, close to a train station. It was close to Osteria del Treno, where you can have dinner;))

The bathrooms were good - clean, new and efficient. The check-out was much better than check-in - mostly due to the very nice lady who checked us out - Ilaria was very efficient and actually knew what she was doing.
The check-in was appalling - time-consuming, bitty and the lady who checked us in was both rude and chippy, and didn't make clear at the outset what was required. She also took credit card clearance twice - once for each room rather than doing it all at once, as well as taking two phone calls whilst she was dealing with us - not good practice.

Location of the hotel is very good, very close to the central station and to Buenos Aires Street. The room is relatively cheap to European city center hotels. The hotel had a policy to solve all your problems in 15 minutes and they really did :) You should not expect luxury but you have all the necessary items in the room. ( no refrigirator)
The pillows and towels were worn out, they could renew them.

Great location for city explorin'!
We stayed for three nights and loved the location! Super close to the metro and all the sights. The room was comfy, but it could've used more soundproofing since the tram was noisy at night. Definitely better options for breakfast would be great.

I had a nice stay, with a clean Superior Double Room and a quirky bar to unwind. The breakfast was busy but had lots of delicious pastries! I would definitely choose this place again.

hotel - ok. close to the railway station wich is good for outside milano trips.
1. no free internet. it is not a difficult thing to include the 3 euro internet price in the romm price wich is not low at all.2. problems with the tv set. it did close every 10 minutes. wich has a good part because it's a reason to finaly go to sleep.

The quiet rooms offered a peaceful retreat from the bustling city. The hotel had a really designed interior, made the environment comfortable and inviting.
The breakfast selection could be improved further.
